Lebanese Lentil Soup

Ingredients:
1 pound of yellow lentils
2 onions chopped
2 carrots chopped
1 potato chopped
1 bunch of fresh swiss chard, chopped
1 lemon *or as desired (this is used as a final splash, so you can use as much as you prefer)
olive oil

Chop All ingredients (doesn’t have to be perfect or finely chopped)

Combine all the ingredients together with water in deep pot and cover
Boil for 30-45 Minutes
Add a spoon of olive oil, a tablespoon of salt and cumin
When the soup is almost complete, squeeze 1 lemon or more to your liking
A Very easy DELICIOUS tangy recipe and full of iron!

*Custom tip: you can put in a blender for a smoother look, or keep as is.
